As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and employee engagement, CRIF Philippines organized a Tree Planting Activity during the annual team building event held on November 20–21, 2025. The initiative, led by the Human Resources team, brought employees together for a meaningful environmental activity designed to promote awareness, responsibility, and teamwork.
Representatives from Finance, Operations, Customer Solutions, and Sales joined the activity, planting seedlings that will contribute to long-term environmental preservation. Before the planting began, participants received a short briefing on proper planting techniques and the importance of environmental stewardship—ensuring that the seedlings were planted responsibly and with care.
Beyond its environmental impact, the activity created opportunities for fun and collaboration. Employees worked closely in teams, sharing tasks, supporting one another, and enjoying a refreshing outdoor experience. The energy throughout the activity highlighted how shared goals—whether in nature or at work—can strengthen connections across departments.
